Job Description

• Oversees the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.
• Acts as liaison with engineering in releasing new products. Implement systems to record and report production and quality data, metrics and information to meet required standard.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. 

• Drive projects to ensure quality and lead time requirements are met or exceeded.

• Above in English skill

• Strong Microsoft office skill

• Leadership team work & strong communication skill
• Lam Research Co. equipment experience

Education:

• BA /EE/ ME or related degree
