Roles and Responsibilities
· Customer interface for new or existing product trials.
· Understand customer application and manufacturing processes
· Assist customer in using products in a way that maximizes customer yields and end product performance
· Quickly response customers’ issue
· Quickly complete failure information and collection
· Maintain the technical service.
· Design win opportunities
· Other critical requirements
· Estimated travel several times per month in China.
Qualifications
· BS degree above in material, chemical engineering, science or EE related.
· Direct Reports to Application manager.
· Candidate with new tool or material implement into production line for example OLED/Touch/Device or Semiconductor Technical engineering background, especially process or product development skills
· Quality Reliability Assurance, Operations, Planning and knowledge of Ink jet print will be a plus
· At least 5 years in related industry has design concept in material or process field
· New material or process launched into production line will be a big plus
· Who has sensitivity in market trend, provide solution to clients and most important solving all kinds of problem when ponduct implementation
· Good communication with multinational exposure (Fluent in English, Mandarin)
· With quality decision making skills, structured, analytics, engaged, negotiation, and flexible on dealing with unexpected issue
