Responsibility:
- Work with Designer and Device engineering to establish test methodologies and architectures for new technology introduction
- Hands On development and coding of initial test program for new products
- Develop characterization program, debug and characterize during new device or product introductions.
- Support RMA electrical validation
- Support and lead off shore test development team
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of ATE development on Advantest platform, preferably on 55XX series.
- Has supported new product debugging or characterization.
- Has developed a FRESH ATE test program on the Advantest platform.
- At least 3 years of DRAM or SRAM development experience, including MBIST, high speed DDR interface and DFTs methodologies.
- Experience with high speed DDR3/4 testing is a plus
- Experience with high speed DDR testers: Verigy, J750 and Advantest.
