Sales Account ManagerHsinchu, Taiwan, and Kaohsiung, Taiwan


Qualification –

·         College graduate or above

·         Major in Electric/Mechanical Engineering or related

·         Fluent in both spoken and written English as well as Chinese

·         3 ~ 5 years above experience in Semiconductor field

·         Familiar with backend FT process

·         Capability in leadership & team work


Job Responsibility –

·         Develop annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives 

·         Direct implementation and execution of sales policies and practices

·         Manage sales forecasting process through established milestones

·         Ensure communications are coordinated and support sales plan objectives

·         Maintain good communication and relationship with major customers of FT field - LED manufactures , IC assembly and testing houses, IC design houses and related industry in Taiwan

·         Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses

·         Build, develop and manage sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service
